Job Description

Overview

Manage teams driving product development programs from design through to finished products for external customers. Lead cross-functional efforts in Dublin, Ireland to ensure timely delivery and quality. Oversee program lifecycle, resources, and stakeholder alignment for Oracle's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor program management teams in product development initiatives.
  • Define program scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve program blockers.
  • Drive delivery of products from concept to customer-ready state.
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders on strategic priorities.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices for efficiency.
  • Report program status and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in program/project management, preferably in software product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale product delivery programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
