Overview

Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is building high-scale IaaS and PaaS technologies for a distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers rely on OCI for compute, storage, networking, database, security, and expanding cloud services. The Program Mgmt Director-ProdDev role leads product vision, incubation, and initial development across the OCI platform in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for OCI services.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product incubation and development.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to prioritize features.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for cloud offerings.
• Oversee customer engineering initiatives and feedback integration.
• Champion scalable, secure solutions across the OCI platform.
• Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or program management in cloud/tech.
• Proven experience leading IaaS/PaaS product development at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in multi-tenant, distributed systems environments.
