Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital markets and asset management to lead complex projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering technology and business transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will manage cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for capital markets and asset management initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Oversee technology implementations and business transformation programs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or asset management.
• Proven track record delivering technology and business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
