Oracle is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager specializing in ERP/HCM or PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for our Hong Kong office. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for Oracle ERP/HCM or PeopleSoft implementations.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP/HCM or PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Proven track record managing Oracle implementations in complex environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
