Overview

The Global Physical Security (GPS) System Team manages physical security technology across Oracle. Oracle seeks a highly experienced Project Manager for JAPAC (New Build) based in Singapore to deliver security systems projects across Oracle’s Data Center portfolio, focusing on new builds. This role manages the full project lifecycle to successful handover, applying advanced technical and business skills to complex, non-routine work.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Oracle-controlled physical security systems projects for new build data centers in JAPAC.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge in physical security systems and data center infrastructure.
• Drive innovation and problem-solving for complex, non-routine challenges.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members and contribute as a leading individual performer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in physical security or data center projects.
• Proven track record delivering new build projects in JAPAC region.
• Strong technical expertise in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/Agile preferred).
• Ability to handle complex, non-routine projects with minimal supervision.
