Responsibilities

• Oversee post go-live stabilization and hypercare phases for Oracle projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production issues promptly.
• Develop and execute readiness checklists and transition plans.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption metrics.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and issue escalation processes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle support protocols and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with Oracle implementations.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in post go-live support and hypercare delivery.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud/SaaS solutions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel to Arlington, VA as required.
