Overview

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate and Construction in Nashville, TN, to oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Project Delivery Management organization. This role establishes and enforces project management standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. The position manages the complete lifecycle of real estate projects, from conceptual planning through execution and completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects from planning to handover.
• Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and procurement processes effectively.
• Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for real estate or construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
