Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise PKI systems using Oracle technologies.
• Implement certificate lifecycle management, including issuance, renewal, and revocation.
• Integrate PKI with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and identity management systems.
• Develop and maintain cryptographic protocols for secure data transmission.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments of PKI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure HIPAA-compliant cryptographic solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PKI-related issues in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in applied cryptography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with PKI systems (e.g., MS CA, OpenSSL, EJBCA).
• Strong knowledge of X.509 certificates, CRLs, OCSP, and HSMs.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud, Java, and cryptographic libraries.
• Experience securing healthcare or regulated industry applications.
• PKI-related certifications (e.g., PKI Professional, CISSP) preferred.
