Overview

The Physical Security Operations team at Oracle ensures physical security requirements are met across company-owned and third-party data centers through industry-standard programs. We are seeking a Regional Manager, Data Center Security Risk Assessments to serve as the primary stakeholder contact in the United States. This role involves conducting risk assessments and driving security excellence in co-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional security risk assessments for data centers, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders on physical security matters.
• Develop and implement security programs aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct site audits and inspections at co-location facilities.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to enforce security expectations.
• Analyze security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Train and mentor security personnel on best practices.
• Monitor compliance with Oracle's global security policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in physical security or risk management, preferably in data centers.
• Proven expertise in security assessments and audits.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field.
