Position Overview

As the Regional Product Manager for Oracle Health AI Agent in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead the product strategy and execution for AI-driven healthcare agents across the Middle East and India regions. This role involves shaping innovative AI solutions that enhance clinical workflows, patient engagement, and healthcare delivery. You will drive market adoption, collaborate with global teams, and position Oracle as the premier provider of AI agents in healthcare for emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional product strategy for Oracle Health AI Agent, aligning with global roadmaps and local market needs in Middle East and India.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI agent innovations in healthcare diagnostics, triage, and personalized care.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and launch AI agent enhancements.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and partnerships to accelerate adoption among hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage with key regional stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and regulators, to gather feedback and refine AI agent functionalities.
• Monitor product performance metrics, customer usage data, and ROI to inform iterative improvements and roadmap adjustments.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and demos to showcase AI agent capabilities and influence customer buying decisions.
• Champion compliance with regional healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, local UAE laws), and ethical AI practices.
• Forecast regional demand, manage product lifecycle, and contribute to global product planning for scalable AI solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of product-led growth initiatives to achieve revenue targets in the healthcare AI segment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI, SaaS, or healthcare technologies.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products in emerging markets, ideally in Middle East or India.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in healthcare, including conversational agents, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!), and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments with global teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Middle East and India regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in healthcare IT sales, consulting, or product leadership within Oracle or similar enterprise software companies.
• Technical background in AI development, with knowledge of LLMs, NLP, or healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• Established network of contacts in Middle East healthcare ecosystems, including government entities and private providers.
• Experience managing product portfolios in regulated industries with a focus on ethical AI and bias mitigation.
• Advanced degree or certifications in AI, healthcare informatics, or product management (e.g., PMP, Pragmatic Institute).
