Position Overview

As the Regional Product Manager for Oracle Health AI Agent, you will lead the product strategy and execution for our advanced clinical AI agent tailored to the UK and EU markets. Drive customer requirements gathering, prioritize features, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap for the Oracle Health AI Agent, focusing on UK and EU healthcare regulations and market needs.
• Engage with clinical customers, hospitals, and NHS stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product features.
• Collaborate with global engineering, design, and sales teams to prioritize development backlog and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis on AI agents in healthcare, identifying competitive trends and opportunities for differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to translate clinical workflows into actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to drive iterative improvements.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet GDPR, MHRA, and other regional healthcare standards.
• Represent the product in customer demos, executive briefings, and industry conferences across the UK and EU.
• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch materials for regional expansion.
• Foster innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies to enhance clinical agent capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing products in healthcare, clinical workflows, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in healthcare.
• Proven track record of engaging customers and stakeholders to drive product requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the UK and EU for customer meetings and events.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NHS Digital or EU healthcare systems (e.g., EPR integrations).
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in a relevant field or clinical background (e.g., nursing, medicine).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, or clinical AI ethics.
• Prior experience launching AI products in enterprise healthcare settings.
• Fluency in additional EU languages (e.g., French, German).
