Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager to lead our team supporting compliance and security engagements for Oracle Cloud customers. You will oversee specialists addressing customer inquiries on cloud compliance and security, enhancing trust in Oracle’s services. The role requires expertise in frameworks like SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of compliance and security specialists handling customer engagements.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to Oracle Cloud compliance and security.
• Review and interpret contractual terms to ensure regulatory and customer requirement adherence.
• Enhance customer trust through clear communication of Oracle’s compliance commitments.
• Oversee delivery of compliance reports and documentation for cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve compliance programs.
• Monitor industry regulations and advise on impacts to Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance, security, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA frameworks.
• Proven experience reviewing contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, IT, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP).
• Experience in cloud computing environments, preferably Oracle Cloud.
