Overview

Assists and supports Oracle in complying with government regulations and regulatory agencies. Leads ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to regulatory requirements. Ensures organizational adherence to legal and compliance standards across US operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs to meet federal and state regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and testing of compliance controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impacts to Oracle operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and examinations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into business processes.
• Investigate compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Train employees on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or legal roles.
• In-depth knowledge of US financial regulations (SOX, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
