Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable backend services using Java, Node.js, or Python for AI-driven healthcare applications.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance clinician user experiences.
- Architect full stack solutions integrating cloud-native technologies like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability for mission-critical healthcare data.
- Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate AI/ML models into clinical workflows, focusing on data privacy and HIPAA compliance.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and innovate on next-gen healthcare platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in backend, frontend, or full stack development with modern frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or equivalent languages.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in agile teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree a plus.
