Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of scalable cloud-based Clinical Digital Assistant platforms.
• Design high-performance microservices and APIs for healthcare data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Implement AI/ML integrations to enhance clinical decision support features.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and security in multi-cloud environments.
• Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Drive innovation in real-time data analytics for patient care applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate clinical requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus).
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or OCI services, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Proven track record architecting mission-critical, high-availability systems.
• Experience with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7) and data privacy (HIPAA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
