Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of responsive, scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Architect intuitive user interfaces for AI-driven clinical tools, optimizing for healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features rapidly.
• Implement advanced UI/UX patterns, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimizations.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish frontend best practices.
• Integrate with Oracle's cloud services and AI APIs to create seamless, real-time user experiences.
• Prototype and iterate on new Gen AI features using agile methodologies.
• Ensure security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility in all frontend deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue.
• Proven track record as a principal/lead developer in enterprise-scale applications.
• Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Web Components, and modern tooling (Webpack, Vite).
• Experience with healthcare domain, AI/ML integrations, or clinical software a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex UI systems.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineering teams.
