Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features for the Clinical Digital Assistant platform using modern web technologies.
• Lead architecture decisions for scalable, high-performance healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into clinical workflows.
• Optimize frontend and backend systems for real-time data processing and user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Implement secure, compliant solutions adhering to HIPAA and healthcare standards.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from ideation to production deployment.
• Research emerging technologies to enhance CDA's capabilities in patient care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record in healthcare or enterprise software development.
• Deep knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.
