Oracle is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of agent toolkits and cloud infrastructure for our Healthcare AI platform. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agent toolkits enabling seamless AI integration with healthcare systems.
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure on OCI for high-performance, scalable AI workloads.
• Lead development of microservices and APIs supporting healthcare AI agent orchestration.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements for agent capabilities and tool integrations.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across distributed teams.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability features for production AI systems.
• Optimize performance of agent toolkits for real-time healthcare data processing.
• Contribute to open-source projects and represent Oracle in the AI agent community.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Deep expertise in OCI, AWS, or Azure; OCI preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go for building scalable backend services.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent toolkits).
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects in healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineering teams.
