Responsibilities

• Design and architect distributed systems for high-throughput health data processing.
• Optimize data pipelines to enhance processing speed and scalability.
• Build and maintain scalable patient health record systems.
• Develop a massive health data lake to support intelligent services.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
• Implement fault-tolerant, highly available distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
• Drive performance tuning and monitoring for production systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with distributed systems.
• Expertise in Java, Scala, or similar languages for large-scale systems.
• Deep knowledge of distributed databases (e.g., Cassandra, Kafka, Spark).
• Proven track record building scalable data platforms.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or OCI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership experience.
