Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize production-ready machine learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Oracle products.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate for improvements.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and apply them to real-world problems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
• Work remotely from Mexico, participating in global team collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Proven track record deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently remotely.
