Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services for AI-driven clinical applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Integrate advanced AI/ML models into the CDA platform to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless frontend integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, frontend developers, and healthcare domain experts.
• Implement robust security measures and ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive health data.
• Perform code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a high-availability environment.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions for future product evolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR).
