Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications for the Clinical Digital Assistant platform using modern web technologies.
• Build scalable microservices and APIs integrating AI/ML models for clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture for healthcare features.
• Optimize performance of AI-driven applications handling high-volume clinical data.
• Implement secure, HIPAA-compliant solutions for sensitive patient information.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in software development.
• Integrate third-party healthcare APIs and data sources into the CDA ecosystem.
• Contribute to agile sprints, delivering high-quality features that improve clinician workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Proven track record in building scalable, secure enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
