Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces for AI-powered clinical applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Implement modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and state management solutions.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams for seamless healthcare data visualization.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in frontend architecture.
• Prototype and iterate on new features using agile methodologies for rapid deployment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Expertise in React (or equivalent) and tools like Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn.
• Strong UI/UX skills with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and design systems.
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise software development preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree a plus.
