As a Revenue Cycle Architect in our federal space, you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow, and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and company project teams. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle integration and workflow design for federal healthcare systems.
• Architect technical solutions using Oracle Health platforms for revenue cycle management.
• Influence and guide workflow and technical decisions across project teams.
• Articulate operational, financial, and compliance impacts of proposed designs.
• Collaborate with federal clients to align solutions with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
• Design scalable revenue cycle solutions for diverse venues including hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimizations for existing revenue cycle processes.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical leadership on federal projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and system architecture.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle solutions.
• Proven experience with federal healthcare projects and government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; certifications preferred.
