Overview
Partner with Sales and Healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, insurers, labs) to provide technical support in pre-sales and solution architecture for enterprise apps (ERP, CRM, HCM) and specialized Healthcare solutions. Understand business challenges, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate value through efficiency gains. Highlight market trends to differentiate against key competitors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales team on Healthcare client engagements (hospitals, labs, insurers).
- Analyze client business challenges and requirements in depth.
- Design and architect SaaS solutions using ERP, CRM, HCM, and Healthcare-specific apps.
- Lead technical demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for prospects.
- Articulate solution value propositions and ROI to stakeholders.
- Identify and propose innovative market trends as competitive differentiators.
- Support proposal development and solution customization.
- Build relationships with key Healthcare decision-makers in Brazil.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting in SaaS/enterprise software.
- Deep knowledge of Healthcare domain (hospitals, labs, insurers) and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong skills in solution design, prototyping, and technical demos.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; located in/near São Paulo, SP.
