Oracle is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth in the Colombian market from our Bogotá office. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle's cloud solutions to identify customer needs, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized Oracle solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic selling.
  • Stay updated on Oracle product developments, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Provide post-sales support and contribute to customer success initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS or cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle products or enterprise software technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve targets.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
