Overview

Seeking an experienced Sales Consulting Senior Manager with 15+ years to lead pre-sales efforts for Oracle’s Session Delivery Portfolio in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role combines deep technical expertise in VoIP, SIP, IP networking, and UCAAS/CCAAS with business acumen to support sales engagements and drive customer success. The ideal candidate excels in developing solution strategies and leading pre-sales engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales activities for Oracle’s Session Delivery Portfolio, including solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, craft winning strategies, and close complex deals.
  • Mentor and manage a team of pre-sales engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and RFI/RFP responses to showcase Oracle’s capabilities.
  • Analyze customer requirements in VoIP, SIP, IP networking, UCAAS/CCAAS to design optimal solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategies.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, with proven leadership in sales consulting.
  • Deep expertise in VoIP, SIP signaling, IP networking, UCAAS/CCAAS, and session delivery technologies.
  • Strong track record of leading teams to win complex enterprise deals in telecom or cloud sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle technologies or similar enterprise software portfolios is highly desirable.
