Oracle is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic UK sales team in London or Reading. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, generate pipeline through outbound activities, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue growth for Oracle's cloud solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted account strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities and forecast accurately.
  • Attend industry events and webinars to generate new leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings booked.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of sales development or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to cold call and email prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
