Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for NetSuite in the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building the sales pipeline for our cloud-based ERP solutions.

You will engage with prospects via phone, email, and digital channels, nurturing opportunities and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue growth. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to launch your career in tech sales within a high-energy, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential NetSuite customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads by assessing business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and articulate NetSuite's value proposition
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted account-based strategies
  • Leverage marketing tools and data to prioritize high-potential leads in the Philippines market
  • Schedule and prepare product demonstrations to advance opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progression
  • Stay informed on NetSuite product updates, industry trends, and competitor landscape
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices and participating in sales enablement sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success
  • Availability to work Philippine business hours with flexibility for global team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B software sales or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or financial software solutions
  • Knowledge of the Philippine business landscape and key industries
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Tagalog or other regional dialects
  • Previous internship or experience in a sales development or inside sales role
