Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for NetSuite in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline in the APAC region. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in B2B sales within the high-growth cloud ERP market, working closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth. Ideal for motivated individuals eager to launch a career in enterprise software sales, you will receive comprehensive training on NetSuite's award-winning platform and Oracle's sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting mid-market businesses in Singapore and surrounding regions
  • Qualify inbound leads by assessing their fit for NetSuite solutions using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and articulate the value of NetSuite's cloud ERP, CRM, and financial management capabilities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and activity logging
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted account-based strategies for key prospects
  • Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, and events to generate demand and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Leverage sales enablement tools and intelligence platforms to research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, connect rates, and lead qualification rates to optimize performance
  • Stay updated on NetSuite product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends to enhance prospect conversations
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting successful outreach strategies and objection-handling techniques

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily targets
  • Results-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection and persistence in follow-ups
  • Right to work in Singapore without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud software, or ERP sales environments
  • Knowledge of the APAC business landscape, particularly mid-market enterprises
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin or another regional language
  • Prior internship or exposure to B2B outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
