Job Description

Overview

The Business Advisor / Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the rapid business growth of Oracle's southern region (Cono sur) team. As part of the Revenue Operations team, this position drives budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for SalesOps. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, autonomous, and excels in communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts for the Cono sur region.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create strategic business plans and growth models.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reporting dashboards.
  • Support deal reviews, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance SalesOps efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or revenue operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
