Overview

Sales Representative OD Prime-Japan role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, focuses on achieving revenue goals for the Japan market. The selected candidate will identify opportunities for Oracle’s services and solutions at existing enterprise customers and expand into new IT organizations within the territory. This position drives growth by leveraging Oracle’s presence to open doors with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets for the Japan territory.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for Oracle services at existing customers.
  • Prospect and penetrate new enterprise accounts in Japan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key IT decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
