Overview

Overall responsibility for the region's sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction in Tokyo, Japan. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines. Drives revenue growth and fosters key partnerships to achieve market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and manage strategic third-party alliances and partnerships.
  • Oversee sales team performance, coaching, and professional development.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure high retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Oracle product lines.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional goals with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 8+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Japan/Asia Pacific markets.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle products and cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience building and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; ability to thrive in Tokyo business environment.
