Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Java Enterprise Solutions within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing Oracle Java cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solution proposals and ROI analyses.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize deal value and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
- Represent Oracle at industry events, webinars, and customer workshops to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven track record in Java technologies.
- Deep knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), Spring Framework, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and middleware solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 clients in APAC region.
