Overview

We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer within the NetSuite Global Customer Operations Org with AI skills to join our Global Customer Operations AI Development team in the Czech Republic. You will leverage artificial intelligence to enhance NetSuite platforms, driving innovation in customer operations. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven features and integrations for NetSuite applications.
• Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize customer operations workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and other cloud services.
• Conduct performance tuning, testing, and debugging of AI systems in production.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and apply them to improve NetSuite functionalities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI best practices within the team.
• Support global customer operations by resolving complex AI-related technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with focus on enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
• Strong experience with NetSuite development, SuiteScript, and SuiteCloud platform.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS) and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
