Overview

The Senior AI/Cloud Engineer will design and operate high-performance, cloud-native application services on Kubernetes to power advanced AI agents, RAG pipelines, and large-scale distributed data workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will engineer low-latency microservices integrating LLMs, agentic orchestration frameworks, and AI runtime components. This role involves rapidly prototyping and hardening production-grade capabilities to enable innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud-native microservices on Kubernetes for AI agents and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic orchestration frameworks, and AI runtime components into low-latency services.
• Develop and optimize high-performance distributed data workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Prototype innovative AI-driven solutions and harden them for production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build intelligent automation capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and scale AI application services in production environments.
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance in cloud-native architectures.
• Stay current with AI technologies and contribute to OAL engineering organization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, Kubernetes, and microservices development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic orchestration tools.
• Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and low-latency application design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environments.
