Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to join Oracle’s innovative team in Croatia and shape the future of AI. You’ll design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions with a focus on agentic workflows using tools like RAG, NL-to-SQL, and complex microservices. Bring your expertise in data science and applied ML to drive real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models and agentic workflows for production environments.
• Develop RAG-based systems and NL-to-SQL pipelines to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Build and optimize microservices architectures for AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into Oracle products.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
• Deploy and monitor ML models using cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and propose innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with production-grade deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, NL-to-SQL, and agentic AI workflows.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale data processing.
