Position Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Supplier Data Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Oracle's global supplier data ecosystem. This position involves analyzing complex supplier datasets, implementing data governance strategies, and collaborating with procurement and IT teams to optimize supplier onboarding and management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate supplier master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor supplier data health and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and streamline supplier onboarding processes
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures for supplier information management within Oracle's ERP systems
  • Perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Lead data cleansing and migration projects for supplier databases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Create and automate workflows for supplier data updates, validations, and approvals using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Conduct audits and assessments of supplier data to support risk management and vendor performance evaluations
  • Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in supplier data management and data stewardship
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance supplier data integration across Oracle's cloud platforms and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier data management, master data management, or procurement operations
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Procurement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving data anomalies
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present data insights effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) or Oracle-specific credentials (e.g., Oracle Procurement Cloud)
  • Experience with supplier risk management tools and compliance frameworks like GDPR or SOX
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data scripting and automation
  • Prior exposure to global supply chain operations in a multinational corporation
