Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer to design and develop cutting-edge full stack applications within Oracle Recruiting & Communicate, a critical component of Oracle’s HCM Cloud suite. This role supports rapid scaling for 1500+ live customers, including Fortune 500 enterprises, by delivering roadmap features and accelerating AI-driven enhancements. You will ensure high-quality, reliable services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and maintain exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications using modern web technologies for Oracle Recruiting & Communicate.
• Implement roadmap features, including AI-driven enhancements, to support rapid scaling for 1500+ live customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Oracle's best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability and scalability in a high-traffic cloud environment.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain exceptional code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime for enterprise customers.
• Integrate AI/ML models and advanced analytics to enhance recruiting workflows and communication features.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing through technical documentation and presentations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js (or similar frontend frameworks), and Node.js.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or Python in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure, including microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy applications using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies like Oracle DB or PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with performance optimization and debugging complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on HCM applications or recruiting/talent management systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Oracle AI services) for application integration.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud suite or similar SaaS platforms.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in software development.
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud, AWS, or relevant full stack technologies.
