Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously reason, plan, and act on complex enterprise data workflows.
• Lead research and implementation of generative AI models for natural language understanding and data synthesis in analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI agents into Oracle's cloud-based analytics and data management products.
• Conduct experiments to optimize machine learning models for scalability, efficiency, and performance in production environments.
• Prototype and iterate on innovative AI solutions using techniques like reinforcement learning, LLMs, and multi-agent systems.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Publish findings, contribute to patents, and represent Oracle at industry conferences on agentic AI advancements.
• Analyze real-world enterprise use cases to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision-making.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field; 5+ years of applied research experience.
• Proven expertise in agentic AI, large language models, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Demonstrated ability to productionize ML models at scale in cloud environments (e.g., OCI, AWS).
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and track record of impactful AI projects or publications.
