Overview

As a Senior Associate Adoption Consultant at Oracle Health, you will participate in events with external clients to drive behavior change, increasing adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction within the EMR. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize system usage and deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing events and workshops to promote EMR adoption and best practices.
• Analyze user behavior and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver customized training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to create adoption roadmaps and success plans.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live events and hypercare phases.
• Track and report on adoption KPIs, presenting insights to leadership teams.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to overcome user resistance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or EMR implementation.
• Proven track record driving user adoption in clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of EMR workflows and change management principles.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
