Overview

Build and expand partnerships and programs with key strategic suppliers supporting cabling and low voltage work for OCI's global data centers. Drive supplier performance to deliver capacity efficiently and reliably. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain for data center expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers for cabling and low voltage infrastructure.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective, high-quality supply.
• Develop and manage supplier performance metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Coordinate with OCI data center teams to align supplier capabilities with deployment needs.
• Expand supplier partnerships through joint innovation and capacity scaling initiatives.
• Monitor global supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead supplier audits, quality assurance, and compliance with OCI standards.
• Report on supplier program KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain management, preferably in data centers or telecom infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing cabling, low voltage, or structured cabling suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and relationship management skills.
• Deep knowledge of global supply chains, logistics, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
