Position Overview

As a Senior Channel Account Manager for NetSuite in Indonesia, you will drive strategic partnerships with key channel partners to accelerate NetSuite adoption and revenue growth. This role focuses on managing channel account relationships, enabling partner success, and achieving sales targets within the NetSuite Channel AMO (Account Management Organization).

You will collaborate closely with partners, sales teams, and Oracle leadership to expand market presence, deliver exceptional partner enablement, and foster long-term alliances in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned NetSuite channel partners in Indonesia to maximize revenue opportunities and partner performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at partner organizations to drive joint business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities, co-sell NetSuite solutions, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Enable partners through training, certification programs, and marketing support to enhance their NetSuite selling and implementation capabilities.
  • Monitor partner pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular performance reports to Oracle leadership and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate channel contracts, incentives, and deal registrations to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with Oracle policies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Oracle sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions for partner-led customer engagements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in Indonesia to recommend strategies that strengthen NetSuite's channel ecosystem.
  • Drive partner events, webinars, and campaigns to increase NetSuite brand awareness and lead generation within the local market.
  • Mentor junior channel managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of channel programs and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, account management, or partner development within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through channel partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions, with specific experience in NetSuite or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian IT market, including key industries, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Oracle or NetSuite partners in a channel management capacity.
  • Existing network of channel partners and resellers in Indonesia.
  • Certification in NetSuite (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteSuccess).
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and tools like Tableau or Excel for partner performance reporting.
  • Experience in managing large enterprise channel accounts with multi-million-dollar revenue potential.
