Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced sales and business development professional to drive growth across Commercial, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety research services within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. This role identifies, develops, and closes complex, large-scale engagements by aligning client needs with integrated research, consulting, and data solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted strategic partner, navigating stakeholder ecosystems across Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and HEOR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within pharma and biotech targeting Commercial, RWE, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite, Medical, and functional leaders to uncover client needs.
  • Lead the creation of tailored proposals aligning Oracle's integrated research, consulting, and data solutions with client objectives.
  • Drive complex sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale, multi-year engagements with strategic accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on RWE, regulatory, safety, and commercial challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, data scientists, and subject matter experts to customize offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in pharma/biotech services, ideally in RWE, clinical, regulatory, or safety domains.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ deals with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical Development, or Regulatory leaders.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical stakeholder ecosystems and real-world evidence applications.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in consultative selling and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
