Overview

Lead clinical transformation and workflow optimization using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions, including Staff Manager, Physician Scheduler, and Outcomes-Driven Acuity. Partner with healthcare leaders across acute and outpatient care to drive operational excellence, workforce efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. Deliver expert clinical guidance, workflow redesign, and strategic client engagement for impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of Oracle Health Workforce and Workload modules for acute and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to assess workflows and design optimized scheduling, staffing, and acuity-based solutions.
• Provide expert clinical consulting to drive adoption, efficiency, and outcomes-driven performance.
• Conduct workflow redesign workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Analyze data from Oracle tools to deliver insights and recommendations for workforce improvements.
• Facilitate strategic client engagements to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Support go-live activities, troubleshooting, and post-implementation optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership in clinical operations.

Qualifications

• RN, BSN, or advanced clinical degree with 7+ years in healthcare operations or consulting.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Health (Cerner) Workforce/Workload solutions.
• Deep knowledge of clinical workflows in acute and outpatient care environments.
• Strong skills in workflow optimization, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in acuity-based staffing and scheduling.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
