Overview

Lead clinical transformation and workflow optimization using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions, including Staff Manager, Physician Scheduler, and Outcomes-Driven Acuity. Partner with healthcare leaders across acute and outpatient care to drive operational excellence, improve workforce efficiency, and deliver measurable clinical and business outcomes. Provide expert clinical guidance, workflow redesign, and strategic client engagement to shape impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare leaders to assess clinical workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and redesign workflows to enhance staff scheduling, acuity-based staffing, and physician management.
• Deliver expert clinical consultations to drive adoption and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams.
• Analyze workforce data to recommend strategies for efficiency and cost savings.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement during transformations.
• Contribute to product feedback and thought leadership in clinical operations.

Qualifications

• RN, BSN, or MSN with 7+ years of clinical experience in acute or outpatient settings.
• 3+ years implementing healthcare workforce management systems (Oracle Health preferred).
• Proven expertise in clinical workflow optimization and staff scheduling.
• Strong understanding of acuity-based staffing and physician scheduling best practices.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
