Position Overview

As a Senior Clinician Executive - Community/Mental Health, you will lead clinical consulting engagements within Oracle's healthcare division, driving the adoption of our cloud-based solutions in community and mental health settings across the UK. Working in a dynamic matrix environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and clients to deliver transformative outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical consulting projects focused on community and mental health services, advising clients on Oracle Health solutions integration
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement tailored strategies for mental health platforms and community care workflows
  • Conduct clinical assessments and gap analyses to optimize client adoption of Oracle's electronic health record (EHR) and analytics tools
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, including NHS trusts and community providers, to ensure successful deployment and user training
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and clinical demonstrations showcasing Oracle's impact on mental health outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, including GDPR, CQC standards, and mental health legislation in the UK
  • Mentor junior clinicians and consultants, fostering a culture of clinical excellence within the team
  • Analyze healthcare data trends to recommend innovative solutions for community mental health challenges
  • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring whitepapers and case studies on Oracle's role in UK mental health transformation
  • Support sales teams by providing clinical validation during pre-sales activities and proof-of-concept demonstrations

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced clinical qualification (e.g., RN, RMN, or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience in community or mental health services
  • Proven track record in clinical leadership roles within the NHS or private healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of UK healthcare systems, including community mental health frameworks and integrated care systems
  • Experience consulting on digital health transformations, preferably with EHR or cloud-based clinical platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives and clinical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management expertise in matrixed, fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and data protection in mental health contexts
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or related health discipline; Master's preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Health platforms or similar enterprise healthcare software (e.g., Cerner, Epic)
  • Specialist certification in mental health nursing or community psychiatry
  • Background in health informatics or digital health innovation projects
  • Publication record in clinical journals or contributions to healthcare policy
  • Fluency in Welsh or experience working in devolved UK health services
