We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant (functional, hands-on) with experience leading ERP workstreams in multiple full-cycle implementations. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, from design to go-live.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping workshops.
• Guide clients in adopting Oracle standard methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and deliver functional specifications, training materials, and user documentation.
• Manage workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional teams during deployments.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live optimization.
• Provide thought leadership on Oracle Cloud Financials innovations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Proven track record leading multiple full-cycle ERP projects.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., Financials Implementation Professional) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
