Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

Overview

Oracle Data Intelligence Cloud Service seeks a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to manage critical cloud infrastructure operations, incident response, and deployment automation. Support rapid expansion of Fusion Analytics and NetSuite Analytics across new regions and customers. Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and drive CI/CD process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle critical operations on cloud infrastructure and multi-environment deployments.
• Manage customer incidents and system-generated monitoring events.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Analytics Applications Cloud.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services in Fusion Analytics and NetSuite Analytics.
• Support expansion to new regions and realms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps engineering.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and on-call rotation availability.
