The Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) team within Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) seeks Senior Cloud Engineers to support government customer services. This role partners with development teams to build, operate, support, and improve 24x7 uptime for Oracle Analytics Cloud Services. Join us in Seattle to deliver mission-critical cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure for Oracle Analytics Cloud services.
• Operate and monitor 24x7 services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Partner with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning and service management.
• Optimize cloud resources for government customer workloads.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for service disruptions.
• Collaborate on service improvements to enhance uptime and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for government services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, preferably with Oracle Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
• Proven track record in 24x7 production support and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
